As a business developer, your job duties may include identifying and contacting prospective customers or Partners, promoting the business online and via word-of-mouth.
Roles and Responsiblities:
- Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with the customers or prospects.
- Generating leads through Cold call/Email marketing or field visits.
- Develop qualified sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal team members to execute the sales strategy.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Persistently following up with all opportunities/prospects.
- Set up meetings and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices and overcome objections.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
- Submitting sales reports and also providing feedback at regular intervals to manager.
- Meet customers on Implementation and support escalations
